Yes! We want prom to feel exciting and accessible for everyone, so we offer payment options to help spread the cost.

If you select a dress from in store you can pay 50% upfront to reserve your dress and then pay the remaining balance in instalments

If we special order a dress for you then you can pay 50% when we place the order, with the remaining balance due when the dress arrives

Dresses start at approx £150 and go up from there!

An average prom dress is roughly £300 depending on the style and amount of beading etc but we have so many options at all price points so whatever your budget is, we have something for you.

We promise never to sell the same dress to the same school twice, even in a different size or colour.

Once a dress is sold to your school, it’s completely off-limits in every size and every colour.

This means you’re far less likely to turn up in the same dress as someone else, so every girl gets her moment to shine on prom night.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Special Order Dresses

All dresses ordered specifically from our designers on behalf of a customer are considered special-order items.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and payments made are non-refundable. This is because we immediately commit to purchasing the dress from the designer and incur costs that cannot be recovered.

If a customer subsequently decides they no longer require the dress, changes their mind, or no longer requires the dress for an event, no refund will be available.

In-Stock Dresses

In-stock dresses may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided they are returned in their original condition with all tags attached and have not been worn, altered, damaged, or soiled.
