Our Policy.

• I confirm that if I have reserved an item, it is my responsibility to check my purchases whilst at Dressed Boutique and ensure this is done to my full satisfaction before leaving the premises.

• I understand that if I have reserved an item that I must pay and collect in accordance with the agreement notes on my receipt. I also understand that in the event of missing payment due dates or collection dates/times that Dressed Boutique have the right to resell the items) and any monies paid to date would not be refunded.

• I understand that deposits are non-refundable & that the goods are the property of Dressed Boutique until paid for in full.

• I understand that any deposits paid will not be refunded to myself if I change my mind on buying an item before the balance is paid.

• I understand that items are on hold for 4 week’s maximum before another payment is due, if this is not paid by the customer then they will forfeit their deposit.

• I understand that any reserved items has to be paid for in full within the payment plan deadline and you must contact us on or by the agreed payment dates outlined. If the date is missed or in the event that a dress/heels have not been collected within 4 weeks of the final payment then I fully understand that Dressed Boutique have no other option but to presume that I no longer want my order and cannot be expected to store it any longer so will resell the order, and I will forfeit all monies paid.

• When the balance is paid I understand I will be given 2 options;

1. To pay £15 for postage, with a fully tracked and insured 3 to 5 day courier

2. To pick it up from our collection desk.

• Please note that custom orders, layaways, deposits or purchases are none refundable or exchangeable.

• In the unlikely event that you change your mind on your purchase, unfortunately that is through no fault of DressEd Boutique and any exceptions to our returns or exchange policy can not be made.

• We can accept no liability to items that have been worn and inappropriately treated.

• Upon collection of your order please try it on, inspect it thoroughly and inform us immediately of any faults.

• Retain your proof of purchase.

• This does not affect your statutory rights.

TREAT ME WITH CARE!

Many of our items are hand embellished. These items should be worn as occasionwear and should always be treated with care at all times.

• Minor shredding or loose beads are not considered a defect and, in most cases, spare beads are provided for any repairs as necessary.

• Do not force any zips over tightened lacing as this may cause irreparable damage to the garment.

• Do not iron delicate fabrics.

• To keep your garment looking its best, please follow the individual care instructions in the label.
